DNT Offshore, a fully owned BOURBON subsidiary, is an Italian contractor specialised in the provision of Electric ROV shallow and deepwater subsea assistance services. The Company, based in Ravenna, was created in February 2002 and was incorporated by BOURBON in 2007.
DNT Offshore Srl owns and employees exclusively, only the highest quality, modern ROV’s and ancillary equipment. Personnel are trained and assessed according to IMCA scheme of competence. They are carefully selected before undergoing in house and external training specific to DNT Offshore’s own vehicles.

DNT Offshore Srl’s fleet offers the maximum in flexibility and versatility, comprising of the latest Internationally recognised ROV classes including: lightweight, highly mobile Observer Classes, (recommended for diving works assistance, WROV assistance works and visual inspections in the shallow water range), Free Swimming Electric Compact WROV’s 600m (recommended for instrumental surveys and light construction works in the shallow water range), Deepwater Electric Compact WROV’s capable of working at depths greater than 2000m (Recommended for visual and instrumental surveys and light construction works in deep water ranges) and heavy duty 150 HP WROVs 4000m (reccomended for construction and well intervention works in deep and ultradeep water ranges). Although DNT Offshore Srl is a relatively new Company, its partners bring with them over 20 years experience in Offshore and Commercial Diving Projects. From the commencement of its activities in 2002, DNT Offshore Srl’s resources have been consistently employed providing a comprehensive experience in ROV survey and construction operations.
