Bourbon acquires DNT Offshore Srl 31.12.07

At the end of December 2007 DNT Offshore Srl becomes a fully owned daughter company of Bourbon Offshore. With more than 3.900 employees and a fleet of 275 vessels operated worldwide, the Marseilles based Bourbon group is leader in the provision of marine services to the offshore oil&gas industry.
